The first art book by Sam Youkilis, a photographer and videographer based in New York and Italy.
The exhibition features stills selected from the vast amount of video data he captured on his mobile phone between 2017 and 2023, and organized under over 50 index themes, such as "A view from a window," "Exercising in public," "Scenes of 14 kisses," "People walking skillfully with things on their heads," "How to cut citrus," and "7:55."
The scenes captured through his unique perspective and skillful framing are filled with an intimate reality, and allow us to sense the beauty of human activity that can only be captured in that place and at that moment.
