Local Delivery

Customers whose delivery address falls within designated areas within Matsumoto City can choose local delivery (direct delivery by rovakk musikk) as their delivery option.
As our store is run by one person, we are unable to accommodate detailed delivery requests, but if the following conditions meet your needs, please consider using our service.

1. Designated delivery area

Delivery address is within the following postal code area:

Otemachi (390-0874), Marunouchi (390-0873), Josai (390-0875), Joto ( 390-0807), Kitafukashi (390-0873), Sawamura (390-0877), Kaichi (390-0876), Arigasaki (390-0861), Ikawa Castle (390-0831)

2. Delivery days and times

Every Saturday 9:00-12:00 (except when the store is closed )

*We cannot accept requests for days or times other than those listed above.

3. Order Deadline

Orders placed by 8:00 PM every Friday will be delivered between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM on Saturday of the same week.

4. Packaging

Simple packaging will be used, using paper bags, envelopes, and plastic bags (for rainy weather ).

5. Notes on handling when you are not at home and leaving your parcel at the door

If you are not at home or if you request delivery to be left at your door, the package will be left at your door.
As proof of delivery, we will take a photo of the package placed near the door.
Please note that we cannot guarantee against damage, soiling, loss or theft caused by leaving parcels at the door.
For high-value items, please use Yu-Pack, which has a compensation system.
