    We try to make the condition of the item as clear as possible through photos, comments, and listening samples, including any drawbacks, but please understand that it is difficult to check and describe everything perfectly.

    Also, the marking standards such as VG and G used in general record stores may differ slightly.
    Condition evaluation will vary depending on the playback environment and subjective opinion, so please use it as a guide only.

    Regarding imported new products (records, books)

    There may be slight scratches, creases, and corner damage caused by overseas transportation, damage to the outer bag and shrink wrap that does not affect the product itself, and ink transfer at the time of shipment due to pressing and printing.
    Please note that we are unable to provide exchanges for imported products, so please be aware of this before placing your order.
    In addition, items that are found to have significant damage upon arrival may be sold at a discount as an outlet item.

    About used records

    We strive to inspect our records carefully, but even if not stated, there may be bent sleeves or inserts, dirt, slight scratches, warping, scratches, dust, and small noises or chipping noises that are difficult to determine with the naked eye.
    For songs that do not have a preview audio available, we do not play the entire song to check for noise or skipping.
    Additionally, noise and skipping may be affected by the playback environment.
    Please note that we cannot accept returns unless the item cannot be played at all, or the condition of the item is significantly different from what is stated or what is listed in the demo.

    Regarding used items in general

    OPP bags, PVC cases, disc protection bags, etc. will not be included in the condition evaluation.
    However, items with unique designs (such as inner cases with credits, outer covers of books, obi, etc.) will be inspected as part of the product and any defects will be clearly noted.

    Prices may be revised without notice, taking into consideration changes in condition over time and fluctuations in market value.

    Regarding previews of used records, CDs, and cassettes

    The demo audio posted on the used product page is from the actual item currently for sale on that page, unless otherwise noted.
    The condition of each used record or cassette varies, making them essentially one-of-a-kind items.
    In order to convey the condition of these products, which is difficult to convey through text descriptions alone, we have uploaded a 45-second audio excerpt from each song.
    Any misuse or distribution of the original sample audio material on this site is strictly prohibited.

    Issuance of delivery notes, invoices and receipts

    delivery slip:
    We will include the invoice when shipping the product. Japan Post regulations allow us to include the invoice with the product as an unsealed cover letter or shipping label.

    Billing statement and receipt:
    The data will be provided.
    The download URL will be provided at the end of the shipping completion email, so please print it out if necessary.
    The document issued here can be used as an invoice (qualified invoice).
    Please be aware that we do not provide paper invoices and receipts.

    Dealing with fraudulent orders

    To prevent fraudulent orders, we reserve the right to cancel any orders that do not meet our security standards.
    Please note that your order may be canceled without prior notice to you in the following cases.

    1. Unconfirmed customer information If the company determines that the customer information (name, email address, phone number, etc.) you registered is not a personal name, is invalid, or cannot be confirmed by the company.

    2. Ship to a specific address*
    If the shipping address is determined to be high risk, such as to a specific forwarding service company

    3. High-risk orders
    The fraud risk is determined to be "medium" or "high" by the fraud analysis system of the e-commerce platform (Shopify).

    *To prevent fraudulent orders and delivery issues, we do not accept orders through overseas forwarding services or third-party package forwarding companies.

    Please note that if we determine that the delivery address specified when placing an order corresponds to one of these forwarding services, we will cancel your order without notice.

    In the unlikely event that it is discovered after shipment that a customer has used a forwarding service in violation of the above terms, our store's responsibility for delivery will be deemed to be complete at the time the product arrives at the specified address in Japan (such as the forwarding service's warehouse).

    Please note that we cannot take any responsibility for any damage, loss, or delays that occur during the subsequent transfer of the product overseas, or any troubles related to customs duties or import regulations in the destination country.

    Returns, exchanges, cancellations, etc.

    We cannot accept returns or refunds after the product has been shipped.
    Please note that for pre-ordered items, cancellations cannot be made due to customer convenience even before shipment.
    Please refrain from negotiating the price.

    However, if the condition of the product is significantly different from the product description or if we find any defects, please contact us in advance by email within 5 days of receiving the product.
    We will not accept any returns without prior notice.

    If, after investigation, we find that we have made a mistake, we will send you a replacement item at our own expense, or refund you if the item is not in stock.
    If you send us an item that is not eligible for return, we will return it to you postage-paid.
