We try to make the condition as clear as possible, including any drawbacks, through photos, comments, and audio samples, but please understand that it is difficult to check and describe everything perfectly.
Also, the marking standards may differ slightly from those used in general record stores, such as VG and G.
Condition evaluation is influenced by the playback environment and subjective opinion, so please use it as a guide only.

Regarding imported new products (records, books)
There may be slight scratches, creases, or dents on the corners due to overseas transportation, damage to the outer bag or shrink wrap that does not affect the product itself, or ink transfer at the time of shipping due to pressing and printing.
We are unable to exchange imported products, so please be aware of this before placing your order.
In addition, items that are found to have significant damage at the time of arrival may be sold at a discounted price as an outlet.

About used records
We strive to inspect records carefully, but even if not stated, there may be bent sleeves or inserts, dirt, or slight scratches, as well as warping, scratches, dust, and small noises or dust noises that are difficult to determine with the naked eye.
For songs that do not have preview audio files, we do not play the entire song to check for noise or skipping.
Also, noise and skipping may be affected by the playback environment.
Please note that we cannot accept returns unless the product cannot be played at all, or the condition is significantly different from the description or the audio sample.

Regarding used items in general
OPP bags, PVC cases, disc protection bags, etc. will not be included in the condition evaluation.
However, items with unique designs (such as inner cases with credits, outer book covers, and obi strips) will be inspected as part of the product and any defects will be clearly noted.

Regarding previews of used records, CDs, and cassettes
The audio samples posted on the used product page are from the actual items currently for sale on that page, unless otherwise noted.
The condition of each used record or cassette varies, making them essentially one-of-a-kind items.
In order to convey the condition of these products, which is difficult to convey through text descriptions alone, we have uploaded a 45-second audio excerpt from each song.
The misuse or distribution of the original audio samples on this site is strictly prohibited.

Regarding the issuance of delivery notes, invoices, and receipts
delivery slip:
It will be included when the product is shipped. Japan Post regulations allow for the invoice to be included with the product as an unsealed cover letter or shipping label.
Billing statement and receipt:
The data will be provided.
The download URL will be provided at the end of the shipping completion email , so please print it out as needed.
The document issued here can be used as an invoice (qualified invoice).
Please be aware that we do not provide paper invoices and receipts.

Response to fraudulent orders
To prevent fraudulent orders, we reserve the right to cancel any orders that do not meet our security standards.
Please note that your order may be canceled without prior notice in the following cases.
1. Unconfirmable customer information If we determine that your registered customer information (name, email address, phone number, etc.) is not in the name of an individual, is invalid, or cannot be confirmed by our store.
2. Shipping to a specific address*
If the shipping address is determined to be high risk, such as to be addressed to a specific forwarding service company
3. High-risk orders
The fraud risk is determined to be "medium" or "high" by the fraud analysis system of our e-commerce platform (Shopify).
*To prevent fraudulent orders and delivery issues, we do not accept orders made through overseas forwarding services or third-party parcel forwarding companies.
Please note that if we determine that the delivery address specified when placing an order is used by one of these forwarding services, we will cancel your order without notice.
In the unlikely event that we discover after shipment that a customer has used a forwarding service in violation of the above terms and conditions, our responsibility for delivery will be deemed to have been completed when the product arrives at the specified address in Japan (such as the forwarding service's warehouse).
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, or delays that occur during the subsequent overseas shipping of the product, or any issues related to customs or import regulations in the destination country.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, etc.
We cannot accept returns or refunds for reasons of customer convenience after the product has been shipped.
Please note that pre-ordered items cannot be canceled for customer reasons even before shipping.
If the condition of the item is significantly different from the product description or if we have found any defects, please contact us in advance by email within 5 days of receiving the item.
We will not accept any returns without prior notice.
If, after investigation, we find that we are at fault, we will send you a replacement at our own expense, or if the item is out of stock, we will refund the total amount paid, including shipping.
If you send us an item that is not eligible for return without our permission, we will consider it a cancellation due to customer convenience.If the order is canceled in this case, we will refund the total amount paid minus the shipping fee determined by our store, the actual cost incurred by our store when returning the item, and a handling fee of 990 yen (inclusive).
[If the product is returned to our store for your own reasons]
If you are unable to receive the product due to reasons such as an incorrect address, long-term absence, or refusal to accept the product, and the product is returned to our store after the delivery company's storage period has expired, we will take one of the following actions.
1. We will reship the product if you agree to pay the shipping costs (actual cost) incurred by our store for the return of the product and the shipping costs for reshipment (our store's standard fee).
2. Order Cancellation If you wish to cancel the returned product, or if you do not reply to our contact by the deadline, your order will be canceled. In that case, we will refund the total amount paid minus the shipping fee determined by our store, the actual cost incurred by our store when returning the product, and a handling fee of 550 yen (inclusive).
