    We may use +/- for more detailed ratings.
    Example: VG+ - Some signs of use but overall good condition, close to "Excellent."

    We strive to clearly indicate the condition, including any drawbacks, through photos, comments, and audio samples. However, please understand that it is difficult to perfectly check and describe everything.

    Please also note that our rating standards for VG, G, etc., may differ slightly from those of general record shops.
    Condition assessments can be subjective and vary depending on the playback environment, so please use them as a guide only.

    About new import items (records, books)

    There may be minor scratches or folds, corner dents, damage to outer bags and shrink wrap that do not affect the main body, and ink transfer at the time of shipment due to pressing or printing, caused by international shipping.
    We cannot accept exchanges for imported goods, so please place your order with this understanding.
    Please note that items found to have significant damage upon arrival may be offered at a discounted price as outlets.

    About Used Records

    While we strive for careful inspection, even if not explicitly stated, there may be folds, dirt, minor scuffs on sleeves and inserts, as well as warps, scratches, dust, and subtle noise/crackle on the disc surface whose cause is difficult to determine visually.
    For songs without audio samples, we do not perform full playback to check for noise/skipping.
    Also, noise and skipping may be affected by the playback environment.
    Returns will not be accepted unless the item is completely unplayable or significantly deviates from the description or audio sample. Please be aware of this beforehand.

    About all used items

    OPP bags, PVC cases, and disc protective sleeves are not subject to condition evaluation.
    However, items with unique designs (e.g., inner cases with credits, book covers, obis) will be inspected as part of the product, and any difficulties in condition will be clearly stated.

    About audio samples for used records, CDs, and cassettes

    Unless otherwise specified, the audio samples posted on the used product pages are from the actual item being sold on that page.
    Used records and cassettes vary in condition from one item to another, making them essentially "one-of-a-kind" items.
    To convey these product conditions, which can be difficult to express solely through text descriptions, we upload 45-second excerpts of each track.
    The unauthorized use or distribution of our original audio samples from this site is strictly prohibited.

    Issuance of Delivery Notes, Invoices, and Receipts

    Delivery Note:
    Included with your shipment. It is permitted by Japan Post regulations to include delivery notes as an unsealed cover letter or shipping label with the product.

    Invoice/Receipt:
    Provided as data.
    We will send you a download
    URL at the end of the shipping confirmation email, which you can use to print it if necessary.
    The document issued here can be used as an invoice (qualified invoice).
    Please note that we do not provide paper copies of invoices/receipts.

    Response to fraudulent orders

    To prevent fraudulent orders, we reserve the right to cancel orders that do not meet our established security standards.
    Please be aware that your order may be canceled without prior notice in the following cases:

    1. Unverifiable Customer Information
    If the customer information registered (name, email address, phone number, etc.) is not in a personal name, is invalid, or cannot be verified by us.

    2. Shipping to Specific Addresses*
    If the shipping address is deemed high-risk by us, such as to a specific forwarding service company.

    3. High-Risk Orders
    If the e-commerce platform (Shopify) fraud analysis system determines the fraud risk to be "medium" or "high."

    *To prevent fraudulent orders and shipping issues, we do not accept orders via overseas forwarding services or third-party package forwarding agents.

    If we determine that the shipping address specified at the time of order corresponds to such a forwarding service, we will cancel the order without prior notice. Please be aware of this beforehand.

    In the event that it is discovered after shipment that the customer used a forwarding service in violation of the above terms, our delivery responsibility will be deemed complete once the product arrives at the specified address in Japan (e.g., the forwarding service's warehouse).

    We will not be responsible for any issues such as damage, loss, or delay of the product during subsequent international forwarding, or any troubles related to customs duties or import regulations in the destination country. We also cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to these reasons, so please be extremely careful.

    Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, etc.

    We cannot accept returns or refunds after the product has been shipped due to customer convenience.
    Additionally, for pre-order items, cancellations due to customer convenience are not possible even before shipping.


    If an item's condition significantly differs from the product description or if a defect on our part is confirmed, please contact us by email within 5 days of receipt.
    Returns without prior contact will not be accepted.

    If our fault is acknowledged after investigation, we will send a replacement at our expense, or if the item is out of stock, we will refund the total payment amount, including shipping.

    If a customer sends back an item that is not eligible for return without authorization, it will be considered an unauthorized cancellation due to customer convenience. In such a case, the refunded amount will be the total payment less our determined shipping fees, actual costs incurred by us for return shipping, and a handling fee of 990 yen (tax included).

    If an item cannot be received by the customer due to an incomplete address, long-term absence, refusal to accept delivery, etc., and is returned to us after exceeding the courier's storage period, we will take one of the following actions:

    1 .Reshipment
    We will reship the item if you agree to pay the shipping costs incurred by us for the return (actual cost) and the shipping costs for reshipment (our standard rates).

    2. Order Cancellation
    If you wish to cancel the returned item, or if there is no response from you to our contact by the deadline, your order will be canceled. In this case, the refunded amount will be the total payment less our determined shipping fees, actual costs incurred by us for return shipping, and a handling fee of 550 yen (tax included).
