    We strive to clearly communicate condition, including any drawbacks, through photos, comments, and audio samples. However, please understand that it's difficult to perfectly check and describe everything.

    Also, our notation standards for VG, G, etc., may differ slightly from those of general record stores.
    Condition ratings can be influenced by playback environment and personal subjectivity, so please use them as a guide only.

    About new imported items (records, books)

    Minor scratches, bends, dinged corners, damage to outer bags or shrink wrap that does not affect the item itself, and ink transfer from printing at the time of shipment due to overseas transport may occur.
    We cannot offer exchanges for imported goods, so please place your order with this understanding.
    Items with significant damage at the time of arrival may be offered as outlets at a discounted price.

    About used records

    While we meticulously inspect records, even if not explicitly stated, sleeves and inserts may have bends, dirt, slight scuffs, and records themselves may have warps, scratches, dust, or light pops/crackles whose cause is difficult to identify visually.
    For songs without audio samples, we do not perform full playback for noise/skip checks.
    Also, noise and skips can be affected by the playback environment.
    Returns will not be accepted except in cases where playback is completely impossible, or if the condition is significantly different from the description or audio samples. Please be aware of this beforehand.

    About all used items

    OPP bags, PVC cases, and disc protection bags are not subject to condition evaluation.
    However, items with unique designs (inner cases with credits, book dust jackets, obi strips, etc.) will be inspected as part of the product, and any flaws in their condition will be clearly noted.

    Unless otherwise commented, the audio samples posted on the used product page are from the actual item being sold on that page.
    Used records and cassettes are unique items, with the condition varying for each piece, making them effectively "one-of-a-kind" items.
    To convey these product conditions, which are difficult to communicate through text descriptions alone, we upload a 45-second excerpt from one song.
    Unauthorized use or distribution of original audio samples from this site is strictly prohibited.

    About the issuance of delivery slips, invoices, and receipts

    Delivery slip:
    Will be enclosed with the product upon shipment. Enclosing a delivery slip as an unsealed cover letter or invoice with the product is permitted under Japan Post's regulations.

    Invoice/Receipt:
    Provided electronically.
    We will inform you of the download
    URL in the completion email after shipment, so please print it out as needed.
    Documents issued here can be used as invoices (qualified invoices).
    Please note that we do not provide paper copies of invoices/receipts.

    Handling of fraudulent orders

    To prevent fraudulent orders, our store reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet the security standards we have set.
    Please be aware that your order may be canceled without prior notice if it falls under any of the following cases:

    1. Unconfirmable customer information
    If the registered customer information (name, email address, phone number, etc.) is not a personal name, is invalid, or if we determine that we cannot verify it.

    2. Shipping to specific addresses*
    If the shipping address is deemed high-risk by our store, such as to a specific forwarding service company.

    3. High-risk orders
    If the e-commerce platform (Shopify) fraud analysis system determines the risk of fraud to be "medium" or "high."

    *To prevent fraudulent orders and delivery issues, we may refuse orders that use overseas forwarding services or third-party package forwarding agents.

    If we determine that the shipping address specified in your order corresponds to one of these forwarding services, we reserve the right to cancel your order without prior notice. Please be aware of this beforehand.

    Furthermore, if a forwarding service is used, our delivery responsibility is deemed fulfilled when the product arrives at the designated address within Japan (e.g., forwarding service warehouse).

    We shall not be held responsible for any problems such as damage, loss, delay of the product during subsequent international forwarding, or issues related to customs duties or import regulations in the destination country. We also cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to these reasons, so please exercise extreme caution.

    Returns, exchanges, cancellations, etc.

    We cannot accept returns or refunds due to customer convenience after the product has been shipped.
    Please note that cancellations for reserved items are not possible due to customer convenience, even before shipment.


    If the item's condition differs significantly from the product description or if a defect is confirmed by us, please contact us by email within 5 days of receipt.
    Returns without prior contact will not be accepted.

    If our fault is acknowledged after investigation, we will send a replacement at our shipping expense, or if the item is out of stock, we will refund the total payment amount, including shipping.

    If a customer sends back an item that is not eligible for return without authorization, it will be treated as an unauthorized cancellation due to customer convenience. In this case, the refund will be the total payment amount minus our specified shipping fee, the actual cost of return shipping incurred by us, and a handling fee of 990 JPY (tax included).

    If you are unable to receive the product due to customer convenience, such as an incorrect address, long-term absence, or refusal to receive, and the product is returned to our store after exceeding the courier's storage period, we will take one of the following actions:

    1. Reshipment
    We will reship the product if you agree to pay the shipping cost incurred by our store due to the return (actual cost) and the shipping cost for reshipment (our standard fee).

    2. Order Cancellation
    If you wish to cancel the returned product, or if there is no response to our contact by the deadline, your order will be canceled. In this case, the refund will be the total payment amount minus our specified shipping fee, the actual cost of return shipping incurred by us, and a handling fee of 550 JPY (tax included).
