    Product condition and rating

    Our shop uses its own criteria to assess the condition of items as follows:
    There may be slight differences in the VG, G, and other marking standards used by general record stores.
    Condition evaluation will vary depending on the playback environment and subjective opinion, so please use it as a guide only.

    *As a general rule, we do not handle F-rank products.
    We select and offer for sale products that we believe to be neither detrimental to the design nor to the enjoyment of listening.
    We try to make the condition of the item as clear as possible through photos, comments, and audio samples, including any drawbacks, but please understand that it is difficult to check and describe everything perfectly.

    [Regarding imported new products (records, books)]
    There may be slight scratches, creases, and corner damage caused by overseas transportation, damage to the outer bag and shrink wrap that does not affect the product itself, and ink transfer at the time of shipment due to pressing and printing.
    Please note that we are unable to provide exchanges for imported products, so please be aware of this before placing your order.
    In addition, some items with significant damage at the time of arrival are being sold at a discount as outlet items.

    [About used records]
    Even if not stated, there may be bent sleeves or inserts, dirt, slight scratches, warping, scratches, dust, and small noises or dust noises that are difficult to determine with the naked eye.
    Returns will not be accepted unless the item cannot be played at all, or the condition is significantly different from what is stated or what is listed in the demo.

    [Regarding used products in general]
    OPP bags, PVC cases, disc protection bags, etc. will not be included in the condition evaluation.
    However, for items with unique designs associated with the product (such as the outer cover of a book or a obi), we will inspect them as part of the product and state if there are any defects.

    About product prices

    We revise prices from time to time, taking into consideration changes in condition over time and fluctuations in market value.


    About the preview sources of used records (CDs, cassettes)

    The demo audio posted on the used product page is from the actual item being sold on that page, unless otherwise noted.
    The condition of each used record or cassette varies, making them essentially one-of-a-kind items.
    In order to convey the condition of these products, which is difficult to convey through text descriptions alone, we have uploaded a 45-second audio excerpt from each song.
    Any misuse or distribution of the preview audio files edited by our store is strictly prohibited.

    Our store is run by a single representative, and as a general rule, we do not respond to inquiries over the phone, including for the purpose of keeping logs.
    For customers of our store only, if a request for disclosure of a telephone number is made to the above email address, we will notify you without delay within seven business days and respond by phone after making an appointment.

    Please note that we do not respond to any sales or solicitation calls.
    Additionally, with regard to the consulting business, we currently have no intention of entering into any contracts.
    If the calls continue, it will be considered as obstruction of business.

    Credit card installment payments, revolving payments, and lump-sum bonus payments are not available.
    Pay Later allows you to pay in three installments.

    We cannot provide support for payment errors.

    *For orders placed by August 31, 2022, we will no longer be accepting payment by bank transfer.


    Issuance of delivery notes, invoices and receipts

    Our store is implementing paperless procedures to improve business efficiency and protect environmental resources.
    Additionally, it is prohibited by law to enclose correspondence in Yu-Pack or Yu-Packet.

    In light of the above , please be advised that we do not issue or mail paper delivery notes, invoices, or receipts.

    Delivery note: The order confirmation email will serve as your delivery note.

    Billing statement and receipt:
    The data will be provided.
    The download URL will be provided at the end of the shipping completion email, so please print it out if necessary.
    The document issued here can be used as an invoice (qualified invoice).


    Dealing with fraudulent orders

    In order to prevent identity theft and fraudulent use of credit cards by third parties, our store has implemented a fraud analysis system provided by Shopify.
    If the system determines that your order is high risk, we regret to inform you that we will have to cancel the order without notice.
    Please note that we cannot answer questions regarding the system's criteria or detailed information.

    Returns, exchanges, cancellations, etc.

    We cannot accept returns or refunds after the product has been shipped.
    Please refrain from negotiating the price.

    However, if the condition of the product is significantly different from the product description or if we find any defects, please contact us in advance by email within 5 days of receiving the product.
    We will not accept any returns without prior notice.

    If, after checking, we find that there is a defect on our part, we will send a replacement item at our own expense, or refund you if the item is not in stock.
    If you send us an item that is not eligible for return, we will return it to you postage-paid.
