Processing time and delivery time

Once your order is confirmed, we will ship your item within 2 business days.

*If there are any matters that need to be confirmed with the customer before shipping, the deadline will start from the time when shipping becomes possible.
*If the shipping deadline falls on a regular holiday or business trip day listed on the business day calendar, the deadline will be postponed to the next business day.
*The above promise does not apply to pre-ordered items. We will notify you of the expected shipping date separately by email.
*If we are unable to ship within the deadline for any reason, we will notify you of the expected shipping date by email.

The number of days from when your order is shipped until it is delivered will depend on the time the shipping procedure is completed, the delivery area, and the shipping method.

・Yu-Pack/Yu-Packet... Next day at the earliest (Delivery on Sundays and holidays available)
・Non-standard mail with specific record / Standard mail ... The earliest delivery date is two days after the next day (no delivery on Sundays and holidays, delayed delivery)

Specify time and pick-up location

1. If you use Yu-Pack, we will ship without specifying the delivery date or time.
Japan Post and our store will send you a tracking number and URL, so you can specify the time you want to receive your order.

2. Time cannot be specified for Yu-Packet and non-standard mail. (As a general rule, delivery will be made by post.)

Regarding loss or damage after shipping procedures are completed or after specifying delivery to a designated location

1. Yu-Packet, non-standard mail, standard mail: In principle, the item will be delivered to your mailbox.
We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your item after the shipping procedure has been completed.
Please note that we cannot re-arrange or provide refunds for these reasons.
We recommend shipping high-value items via Yu-Pack.

2. Yu-Pack: In principle, delivery will be by hand.
Damages incurred during delivery will be covered by Japan Post. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item. Please keep the damaged item, packaging, and delivery slip.

(Regarding leaving at door designation)
If you would like your package to be left at your door, please contact Japan Post directly.
If you specify that the item be left at your door, delivery will be considered complete and your obligation to deliver the item will be fulfilled when the item is left at the specified location, regardless of whether you are at home or not.
Please note that once delivery to the specified location has been completed, our store will not be held responsible for any damages that occur due to loss, theft, soiling, or damage to the product, or leakage of information written on the shipping label, etc.
We recommend that you collect valuable items, such as high-value items, in person.

Shipping

1. Our shipping fees include the actual service fee of Japan Post, as well as the cost of packaging materials and handling fees such as cardboard boxes and cushioning materials specifically for LPs.

2. Therefore, the actual shipping cost (face value of stamps and certificates) listed on the package may differ from the shipping cost you pay.

3. This is the fee we charge to ensure that your valuable item is delivered in the best possible condition. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we ask for your understanding in advance that we do not offer refunds for any difference in price.

4. Prices may be revised due to changes in social conditions, etc.
