How to order items
1. Select your country from the selector in the header.
- If your country name is not displayed, we are sorry to inform you that we cannot currently ship to your country.
2. Add the item to your cart and proceed to the checkout page.
3. After entering your shipping address, the shipping charges will be shown automatically.
4. We offer the two shipping methods outlined below. Please select the option that best suits your needs.
*Up to 2kg per order.
A) International e-Packet Lite
This is our economy shipping option. Please be aware that it does not include any insurance cover for loss or damage.
In the unfortunate event that your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, neither our store nor the postal service can provide a refund or a replacement.
For valuable or irreplaceable items, we strongly recommend choosing the EMS option for your peace of mind.
B) EMS (Express Mail Service)
Our fastest shipping method, which is fully trackable from dispatch to delivery.
This service includes standard insurance cover against loss or damage up to a value of JPY 20,000.
This is the recommended option for all valuable orders to ensure they arrive safely and quickly. Additional insurance cover can be arranged for higher-value items upon request.
5. If you are satisfied with the price and shipping charges, please proceed to payment.
6. After payment is completed, we will ship within 3 business days.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please be aware that any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees levied by your country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Our shop is not responsible for these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Returned to Sender Packages
If a package is returned to us due to customer circumstances (eg, being unclaimed, an incorrect address, or refusal to pay customs fees), we will refund the order amount minus all shipping costs (both original and return fees). Alternatively, if you wish for the package to be reshipped, we will invoice you for the new shipping costs.

Shipping Times & Delays
Please note that the shipping times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, local postal service issues, or severe weather. We are not responsible for delays caused by these external factors.

Address Accuracy
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address. Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost Packages
A package is considered lost if there has been no tracking update for 30 consecutive days. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. A resolution, such as a replacement or refund, will be determined after the investigation is complete.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs, at our expense.

Fraud Prevention Policy
To ensure the security of all transactions and prevent fraudulent orders, we reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet our security standards. Please be aware that your order may be canceled without prior notice in the following cases:
A.Unverifiable Customer Information
Orders placed with customer information (eg, name, email, or phone number) that appears to be non-personal, invalid, or unverifiable.
B. Shipment to Certain Addresses
Orders with a shipping address that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be high-risk. This includes, but is not limited to, some freight forwarding services.
We do not ship to freight forwarding services.
C. High-Risk Orders
Orders flagged as medium or high-risk of fraud by our e-commerce platform's (Shopify) fraud analysis system.

We ship internationally using one of the methods listed below.

A) International ePacket Light
This is an economical shipping option.
Please note that delivery will take longer than EMS and that no insurance coverage is included for loss or damage.
In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during delivery, neither our store nor Japan Post will be able to provide a refund or resend the package.
For high-value or hard-to-find items, we recommend choosing the EMS options below.

This service includes insurance coverage for loss or damage up to the value of 20,000 yen.

*Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery area, total order amount, and shipping method. About customs duties
If import duties or other charges are incurred, they will be borne by the purchaser.

If the item is returned
If the product is returned for reasons of the customer (long-term absence, incorrect address, refusal to pay customs duties, etc.), we will refund the amount minus the round-trip shipping costs and handling fees, or charge you the cost of re-shipping.

Delivery Times and Delays
The delivery times listed are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as customs clearance procedures, local postal conditions, or bad weather. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by these external factors.

Address Accuracy <br>It is the buyer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Please double-check the address you entered before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost Packages <br>If a package does not receive tracking updates for 30 consecutive days, it will be considered lost. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us and we will contact the carrier to investigate. A decision on whether to offer a replacement or refund will be made once the investigation is complete.

Damaged/Defective Products <br>If you receive a damaged or different product from the one you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, attaching your order number and a photo of the product. We will arrange for an exchange or a full refund, including shipping costs, at our expense.

- Shipping to certain addresses: Orders where the shipping address, in our sole judgment, poses a high risk. This includes, but is not limited to:
- High-risk orders: Orders that have been determined to have a "medium" or "high" risk of fraud by the fraud analysis system of our e-commerce platform (Shopify).
