About ordering
We will send you an email from an address in the rovakk.com domain immediately after your order is completed and when your order is shipped.
An email will be sent automatically for all orders immediately after they are placed.
If you have not received an email despite having placed an order, please check your spam folder and filter settings.
In particular, there are many cases where carrier email services such as docomo, au, and Softbank are set to reject PC emails and emails with links by default.
If you still cannot find an email from rovakk musikk, please let us know the order date, email address, contents, and your name using the inquiry form .
You can only cancel before your order is shipped.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations due to customer reasons after the product has been shipped, so please be aware of this before placing your order.
Please note that reserved items cannot be canceled due to customer convenience.
If the condition of the item is significantly different from the product description, or if there is an obvious defect on our part, please contact us by email within 5 days of receiving the item.
We will not accept any returns without prior notice.
If, after our investigation, we find that there was a defect on our part, we will send you a replacement item at our own expense, or if the item is not in stock, we will refund the cost.
You can still place an order even if you don't have an account.
By registering an account, you will no longer need to enter customer information such as your shipping address, and you will be able to check your past order history on your account page.

A confirmation code will be sent to the specified email address, so enter that number to complete the login. No password is required.

Payment
We provide digital invoice details and receipts that correspond to invoices.
The download URL is included at the end of the shipping completion email, so please print it out from there as necessary.
If you would like to specify a company or organization name as the recipient, please enter the required information in the billing address or let us know in the "Order Notes" section.
The item name will be listed exactly as it appears on your order details.
Please note that we do not issue paper receipts or send them by mail .
Payment by bank transfer is also possible, however the order flow will be different from normal.

Delivery Information
Once your order is confirmed, we will ship your item within 2 business days.

The number of days it takes for your order to be delivered after it has been shipped will depend on the time the shipping procedure is completed, the delivery area, and the shipping method.
At rovakk musikk, in order to complete the shipping process as quickly as possible in one operation, all shipments are shipped with no specified delivery date or time.
We will send you the Japan Post tracking number and tracking URL, so please specify your preferred time.
Please note that it is not possible to specify a delivery time for Yu-Packet, non-standard mail, or standard mail, so as a general rule, the package will be delivered to your mailbox.

No. The "sold out" mark on this website means that there is currently no stock available for sale in stores.
We do not have a physical store.
As this is a residence and office, we strictly prohibit direct visits from customers or business partners.
This site does not implement the favorites function.
We would appreciate it if you would make use of your browser's bookmark and reading list functions.
