[User Guide] Payment by bank transfer

Orders paid by bank transfer cannot be accepted via the shopping cart, so please follow the steps below.

Ordering Procedure

2 Once we have confirmed the stock, we will send you the bank account details via email. Your order is not yet confirmed at this point.

3. After receiving the transfer information email, please complete the transfer procedure within 48 hours, including Sundays and holidays. Please make sure to transfer in the name of the person who placed the order. Transfer fees will be borne by the customer.

4 Your order will be confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us.

If we are unable to confirm your payment within the deadline, your order will be cancelled without prior notice.
・If you cancel without contacting us and payment is not made, we may refuse your use of the service. ・It may take up to 2 business days to confirm your payment. If you are in a hurry, please let us know by email that the transfer is complete.
