Returns, exchanges, cancellations, etc.

We cannot accept returns or refunds for reasons related to the customer after the product has been shipped.
Please note that for pre-ordered items, cancellations cannot be made due to customer convenience even before shipment.

If you are unable to receive the product due to reasons such as an incorrect address, long-term absence, or refusal to receive the product, and the product is returned to our store beyond the storage period of the shipping company, we will take one of the following measures.

1. If you agree to pay the shipping costs (actual cost) incurred by our store for reshipment and the shipping costs for reshipment (our store's standard fee), we will reship the item.

2. Order Cancellation If you wish to cancel the returned product, or if you do not reply to our contact within the deadline, we will cancel your order.
