A tribute album to Brazilian composer Antonio Carlos Jobim by guitarist and composer Goro Ito.
Jobim left behind many famous bossa nova songs, including "The Girl from Ipanema" and "Corcovado," but his style was also heavily influenced by classical music such as Satie, Debussy, and Chopin.
This album focuses on the classical aspects of Jobim's music, allowing you to enjoy his elegant and poetic melodies, extracted to the highest degree of purity through chamber music arrangements.
