This album is a collection of sessions left in Paris by Chet Baker, then 24 years old, who formed a new one-horn quartet in October 1955.
The B-side featured legendary pianist DIck Twardzik, who passed away during this tour.
The cover photo by William Claxton, the art director of Pacific Jazz and a photographer who has taken portraits of many jazz musicians and Hollywood stars, is featured on the jacket.
