Vivian Girls, a girl trio from Brooklyn, NY, released their 3rd album in 2011.
A2 (I Heard You Say), which has a beautiful chorus and lyrical melody that catches the ear, and B2 (Take It As It Comes), which has a cute 60's pop feel, follow the same lo-fi/garage sound production. However, the songwriting and performance have become much more sophisticated, making it a work that makes the most of the band's charm.
As with the first album, vocalist Kathy is in charge of the artwork.
