The title is the advertising copy of the time, "Come Back To Your Senses," and it includes the campaign song A1 sung by Dutch jazz singer Letty de Jong, and the instrumental B1 of the same song conducted by Cees Smal. It has an A&M/soft rock arrangement that reflects the times.
