LP reissue of the second album "WINTER PAGEANT" released in 1997.
With a minimalist arrangement that layers the two singers' vocals with clean-toned electric guitar, the song depicts a melancholic and faint autobiographical landscape of broken promises, heartbreak, loss of contact, and boring conversations.
