SOFTIES - THE BED I MADE (LP) [NEW]

The Softies, a duo consisting of Rose Melberg (Tiger Trap, Gaze, Go Sailor) and Jen Sbragia (All Girl Summer Fun Band), release their first album of original material in 24 years since their previous album, "Holiday in Rhode Island" (2000).
Their style of depicting the unadorned poetry of everyday life with a minimalist arrangement of clean electric guitar and two-person harmonies remains unchanged, and their cute and fresh impression remains surprisingly the same.
Its unchanging transparency, as if it had been filtered and gushed forth over the course of many years, gives it a quiet awe-inspiring quality.
The artwork is by Japanese printmaker Fumi Yanagimoto.
