A local art magazine that was launched in advance of the opening of ``PLAY!'', a cultural complex consisting of a museum and a play park, which opened in Tachikawa, Tokyo in April 2020.
Introducing the charm of the ever-changing city of Tachikawa from a variety of perspectives, including photographs, illustrations, manga, and reportage. The magazine has been created with an impact by taking advantage of the large A3 size.
