A 2023 release by Omni Gardens, a project by Steve Rosborough, owner of the Portland, Oregon-based label Moon Glyph cassettes & records.
The sound image, which blends the fluffy, rounded sounds of a Moog synthesizer with field recordings, marimba, and other sounds, creates a relaxing mood from start to finish, but its otherworldly, utopian worldview also evokes a subtle sense of uneasiness.
A bedroom ambient album that walks the ambiguous line between dreaminess and drowsiness, a little strange and distorted to be interpreted as simply chill sound.
