This is the third album released in 2017 by Canadian singer-songwriter Mac DeMarco.
The work is filled with a chill and open feeling, but beneath the seemingly gentle intoxication lurks hidden madness and twisted humor.
The folky and delicate sound production and laid-back, paradise-like mood that permeates the entire album are reminiscent of the early works of Haruomi Hosono, who he cites as one of his favorite musicians.
