Ladies Who Lunch is a unit formed by Kate (Luscious Jackson) and Josephie (The Perfect Disaster, The Breeders etc).
The "Kim" in the title seems to refer to the two Kims, Sonic Youth's Kim Gordon and Pixies' Kim Deal.
In addition to the Sonic Youth cover on the A side and the Pixies cover on the B side, the label also features portraits of the two Kims.
