Izumi Shiokawa - One [NEW]

This is an art book by illustrator Izumi Shiokawa.
It contains a total of 31 works, including 29 pieces from her "One" exhibition held at GALLERY CLASKA in the summer of 2024, plus two new works. The book captures the unique expressions and gestures dogs display in their daily lives with humans, rendered with vibrant brushstrokes that convey their very breath.
This book is released by "PLPM," a publishing label launched by Papier Labo, a specialty paper store.
The bookbinding is crafted to complement the world of the artwork while utilizing the characteristics of paper, employing three different paper sizes, a lay-flat binding that opens smoothly, and a layout that showcases the artwork on the right-hand page of each spread.
