Ikko Narahara - Where Time Has Vanished [NEW]

Only a few units left

A collection of photographs taken by photographer Ikko Narahara in America, where he stayed from 1970 to 1974.

The various scenes captured over two trips across and across the continent, including his masterpiece "Two Garbage Cans - New Mexico" (1972), depict a surreal and irresistible nightmare-like world as he leaves the city and passes through the wilderness, tracing the memories of ancient nature and Native Americans.
It is also suggestive that only one shot is included in color, capturing the moment Apollo 17, the final manned lunar lander in the Apollo program, took off into space.

The original was published in 1975.
This book is a 2025 reprint edition that has been reconstructed to highlight the artistic value of the work.
