A collection of 956 short essays submitted by artist Hiroshi Nagai for the mail order catalog (1995-2011) of the shop "SUNSHINE + CLOUD" in Hayama.
The way in which essential questions and propositions are suddenly interjected into the light and airy depictions of everyday scenes, and then the fragments of sentences continue as if nothing had happened is reminiscent of the sea in front of you. The very flow of my thoughts when I did that.
