A 2022 work by Henning Schmidt, a pianist/composer from Berlin, Germany.
The starting point for this work was his childhood memories of arranging and admiring trees, horses, locomotives, and castle building blocks in any way he wanted, and playing engrossed in building his own small town.
Each of the 15 lovely piano pieces with a simple title is like a piece of colorful building blocks. A concept album as beautiful as a miniature garden, where the songs are neatly lined up and interact with each other, evoking a free and nostalgic imaginary world.
