This is the debut album of Flore Laurentienne, the solo unit by Montreal musician Mathieu Pelletier Gagnon.
The majestic orchestration, which combines 15-piece strings with electronic instruments such as the Moog and organ, creates a majestic soundscape, sometimes showing thrilling developments reminiscent of progressive rock.
This is a 2021 reissue by Brooklyn label RVNG Intl., re-released with a completely new jacket design.
