The third installment of the vintage jazz excavation series "JAZZPUU" by SAHKO, a Finnish label specializing in minimal/electronic music.
The A-side features the breathless hard bop of DAY IS OVER featuring Denmark's best bassist NIELS-HENNING ØRSTED PEDERSEN, while the B-side features a progressive fusion/funk number written by Finnish trumpeter Mike Koskinen.
Both originals were made in 1975.
The front cover features a collage painting by Finnish architect KIRMO MIKKOLA.
