A GUIDE TO THE BIRDSONG COLLECTION: VOL I & II (LP) [NEW]

"A GUIDE TO THE BIRDSONG" is a crowdfunded project started by producer and environmental activist Robin Perkins in 2014.
Musicians from around the world will create original songs inspired by the songs of endangered bird species native to their respective countries, and the proceeds from the compilation album will be donated to conservation organizations. It is an attempt to bring about global donations.

This LP is a double-disc record package of two works by the Bird Song project: "South America Edition," released in 2015, and "Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean Edition," released in 2019.
The sounds of birdsong, traditional music such as cumbia and folklore, and techno/electronic sound productions blend seamlessly together to create colorful, organic dance music while maintaining a balance between art and social activism.
