Processing time and delivery time

Once your order is confirmed, we will ship your item within 2 business days.

*If there are any items that need to be confirmed with the customer before shipment, the count will start from the time shipment becomes possible.
*If the shipping deadline falls on a holiday or business trip day listed on the business day calendar, the deadline will be postponed to the next business day.
*The above promise does not apply to pre-orders. We will notify you of the expected shipping date by email.
*If for some reason we are unable to ship within the deadline, we will notify you of the expected shipping date by email.

The number of days it takes for your order to be delivered after it has been shipped will depend on the time the shipping procedure is completed, the delivery area, and the shipping method.

・Yu-Pack/Yu-Packet ... Next day at the earliest (delivery on Sundays and holidays available)
・Non-standard-sized mail with specific record / Standard-sized mail ... The earliest delivery is two days after the next day (no delivery on Sundays and holidays, delayed delivery)

Specify time and pick-up location

1. If you use Yu-Pack, the item will be shipped without a specified delivery date or time.
Japan Post and our store will send you a tracking number and tracking URL, so please specify your desired delivery time.

2. You cannot specify a delivery time for Yu-Packet or non-standard-sized mail. (As a general rule, delivery will be made to your mailbox.)

Regarding loss or damage after shipping procedures have been completed or after specifying delivery to a designated delivery location

1. Yu-Packet, non-standard mail, standard mail: In principle, these will be delivered to your mailbox.
There is no compensation for loss or damage of products that occurs after the shipping procedure has been completed.
Please note that we will not be able to re-arrange or provide refunds for these reasons.
For high-value items, we recommend shipping via "Yu-Pack"

2. Yu-Pack: In principle, delivery will be by hand.
Damage caused during delivery will be covered by Japan Post. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt to let us know the situation. In that case, please keep the damaged product, packaging materials, and delivery slip without disposing of them.

(About leaving parcels at rest)
If you would like your package to be left at your door, please contact Japan Post directly.
If you have specified that the product be left at the designated location, delivery will be considered complete when the product is placed at the designated location, regardless of whether you are at home or not, and we will be deemed to have fulfilled our obligation to deliver the product.
Please note that we will not be held responsible for any damages that occur after delivery to the specified location due to loss, theft, soiling, or damage of the product, or leakage of information listed on the shipping label, etc.
We recommend that you collect valuable items, such as expensive items, in person.

About shipping prices

1. Even if the shipping fee stipulated by our store is lower than the actual service charge of Japan Post, we will not charge you any additional shipping fees. (We will treat it as a discount.)

2. Similarly, even if the shipping fee stipulated by our store exceeds the actual service charge of Japan Post, we will not refund the difference (which will be accepted as packaging fees, etc.).

3. Prices may be revised due to changes in social conditions, etc.
