Alessandro Alessandroni, an Italian multi-instrumentalist who participated as a whistler in the soundtracks of Morricone's works including "A Fistful of Dollars," released this 1972 library music album consisting mainly of 10 of his original compositions. This LP allows you to fully enjoy Alessandro's colorful and diverse sense of melody, including the mondo and kitschy jazz-funk/rock A1, B1, and B3, the sweet and dreamy choruses of A2, A6, and B4, the lively whistling march A3, and the loungey organ jazz A4. The cover art features "Chord in Red and Blue" (1958) by German modernist painter and graphic designer Ernst Wilhelm Nay. This edition, which will be a 2024 reissue, faithfully reproduces the sleeve of the original and uses thick cardboard for the outer jacket.
