International Shipping (For orders from outside Japan)
How to order items
1. Select your country from the selector in the footer.
- If your country name is not displayed, we are sorry to inform you that we cannot currently ship to your country.
2. Add the item to your cart and proceed to the checkout page.
3. After entering your shipping address, the shipping charges will be shown automatically.
4. If you are satisfied with the price and shipping charges, please proceed to checkout.
5.After payment is completed, we will ship within 3 business days.
6. Your package will be shipped via Japan Post Small Packet with tracking.
*Up to 2kg per order.
*Japan Post may have difficulty accepting your package due to social circumstances.
If that's the situation, we'll get in touch with you through email and proceed with the refund.
Shipping outside of Japan
Due to the discontinuation of the International e-Packet service, we will ship overseas using Japan Post's international mail service "Small Packet" .
The main conditions are as follows:
・Up to 2kg per package ・Registered mail included (tracking service and compensation up to 6,000 yen)
- Air travel - Countries that can be selected using the currency selector at the bottom of the page are eligible.
・Shipping fees vary depending on the area and order contents. You can check the shipping fee on the checkout page before payment.
・Please check the URL below for the approximate number of days required for delivery.

*Japan Post may suspend delivery due to social conditions, etc. In that case, we will notify you of the situation by email and promptly cancel your order and process your refund.
