[What can be seen from the art book] Killing and Dying
"Killing and Dying" is a collection of short comic strips that leave a strong impression with their realistic portrayal of emotions, as well as bitter smiles and bad aftertaste.
The characters' unpredictable lives are the polar opposite of the shining images of heroes and heroines, but their circumstances are not dramatically unfortunate.
I feel like slowly savoring the bitterness and thinking, "That's just how life is."
On exhausting nights, projecting myself into such an unglamorous story can be strangely soothing.
Suddenly, I realize that beyond the bitterness I have tasted so many times, there is a faint feeling that can only be called hope seeping out.
