 IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

Our shipping policy regarding customs and duties varies depending on your destination country. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

How to order items 

1. Select your country from the selector in the header. If your country name is not displayed, we are sorry to inform you that we cannot currently ship to your country.

2. Add the item to your cart and proceed to the checkout page.

3. After entering your shipping address, the shipping charges will be shown automatically.

4. We offer the two shipping methods outlined below. Please select the option that best suits your needs. (*Up to 2kg per order)

A) Standard Shipping (Uninsured)
Economy shipping with tracking. Please be aware that it does not include any insurance cover for loss or damage. In the unfortunate event that your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, neither our store nor the postal service can provide a refund or replacement. For valuable or irreplaceable items, we strongly recommend choosing the Priority option.

B) Priority Shipping (Insured)
Our fastest shipping method, which is fully trackable from dispatch to delivery. This service includes insurance cover against loss or damage up to a value of JPY 20,000. Additional insurance cover can be arranged for higher-value items upon request.

5. If you are satisfied with the price and shipping charges, please proceed to payment.

6. After payment is completed, we will ship your order within 3 business days.

  • The tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped.
  • Estimated Delivery: Standard (10-21 business days) / Priority (5-10 business days). For detailed estimates by country, please check the Japan Post website:

  •  Note: Depending on global circumstances, Japan Post may temporarily suspend shipments. In such cases, we will contact you via email and process a full refund.

Terms of service

1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For Customers in the United States (Shipped DDP): All orders to the US are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Your shipping cost at checkout includes all necessary customs processing fees. You will NOT be charged any additional duties, taxes, or hidden fees upon delivery.

For Customers in All Other Countries (Shipped DDU): All non-US orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Product prices and shipping costs do NOT include any local VAT (Value Added Tax), import taxes, or customs duties. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will be collected by your local customs office or postal service upon delivery.

2. Returned to Sender Packages

If a package is returned to us due to customer circumstances (e.g., being unclaimed, an incorrect address, or refusal to pay customs fees), the original shipping cost will NOT be refunded. We will refund the order amount minus all shipping costs (both original and return fees). Alternatively, if you wish for the package to be reshipped, we will invoice you for the new shipping costs.

3. Shipping Times & Delays

Please note that the shipping times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, local postal service issues, or severe weather. We are not responsible for delays caused by these external factors.

4. Address Accuracy

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address. Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

5. Lost Packages

A package is considered lost if there has been no tracking update for 30 consecutive days. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. A resolution, such as a replacement or refund, will be determined after the investigation is complete, subject to the insurance conditions of the shipping method you selected.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with your order number and a photo of the item.

  • For incorrect or defective items: We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, at our expense.
  • For items damaged in transit: Compensation will be provided in accordance with the insurance policy of the shipping method you selected. (Please note: Standard Shipping is uninsured, and neither our store nor the postal service can provide a refund for transit damage).

7. Fraud Prevention Policy

To ensure security, we reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet our security standards without prior notice in the following cases:

A. Unverifiable Customer Information: Orders placed with customer information that appears to be invalid or unverifiable.
B. Shipment to Certain Addresses: Orders with a shipping address that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be high-risk. This includes, but is not limited to, some freight forwarding services.
C. High-Risk Orders: Orders flagged as medium or high-risk of fraud by our e-commerce platform's (Shopify) fraud analysis system.

8. Note for Proxy Shopping Services

If you use a third-party proxy shopping service, our delivery responsibility ends once the package arrives safely at the proxy service's warehouse in Japan. We are not responsible for the international shipping process, customs handling, or any damage/loss that occurs after delivery to the Japan-based address.

オーダーのしかた

1. ヘッダーのメニューから配送先国を選択してください。国名が表示されない場合は、現在発送に対応しておりません。

2. 商品をカートに入れ、チェックアウト(決済)ページへお進みください。

3. 配送先住所を入力すると、送料が自動計算されます。

4. 以下の2つの配送方法から、ご希望のものを選択してください。(※1注文につき最大2kgまで)

A) Standard Shipping(無補償)
追跡付きのエコノミー配送です。配送中の紛失・破損に対する補償は一切含まれておりません。 万が一トラブルが発生した場合、当店および郵便局からの返金・再送はいたしかねます。 高価な商品の場合は、安心のため「Priority Shipping」を推奨します。

B) Priority Shipping(補償あり)
追跡付きの最短配送です。 20,000円までの紛失・破損補償が含まれています。 より高額な商品の場合は、追加保険の手配も可能です。

5. 金額・送料をご確認の上、お支払いにお進みください。

6. お支払い完了後、3営業日以内に発送いたします。

  • 発送完了後、追跡番号をメールでお知らせいたします。
  • お届け目安: Standard (10-21営業日) / Priority (5-10営業日)。国別の詳細な日数は日本郵便のウェブサイトよりご確認ください。

配送ポリシー (海外在住日本人向け)

1. 関税および消費税について

・アメリカ合衆国宛て(DDP): 全て「関税元払い」で発送されます。決済時の送料に関税等の諸費用が含まれているため、配達時にお客様が追加費用を支払う必要はありません。

・その他の国宛て(DDU): 全て「関税受取人払い」となります。商品代金や送料には現地のVAT(消費税)や関税は含まれておらず、配達時に現地の税関または郵便局から直接請求されます。

2. 商品の返送について

長期不在や住所不備、関税の支払い拒否等のお客様都合で商品が返送された場合、往復の送料を差し引いての返金となります。

3. お荷物の紛失について

30日間追跡情報の更新がない場合、紛失とみなされます。調査完了後、選択された配送方法の補償規定に基づき対応いたします。

4. 破損および誤発送について

商品到着後7日以内に、写真とともにご連絡ください。

・誤発送・初期不良: 当店負担で全額返金または代替品の手配をいたします。
・配送中の破損: 選択された配送方法の補償規定に従います。※Standard Shipping(無補償)をお選びの場合、配送中の破損に対する返金はいたしかねます。

5. (重要)購入代行サービスをご利用の場合

代行サービス(転送サービス)をご利用の場合、当店の配送責任は日本国内の代行業者倉庫に到着した時点で完了となります。その後の国際配送トラブル、関税手続き、荷物の破損については一切の責任を負いかねますのでご了承ください。
