``WAY OUT WEST'' is a jazz free paper from Kansai by graphic designer and illustrator TAKAO FUJIOKA.

The special feature of the July 2023 issue is “My Favorite B-side”.
Due to a modest recovery in the demand for analog records, it is not uncommon these days for new albums to be structured in the order of their tracks with an eye toward "area."
This time, a total of 22 jazz albums have been selected based on the appeal of the B-side.

The cover is a special specification with the left and right sides reversed, as ``B side'' = ``inside out''.
The reversal of past jazz cover art mentioned in the afterword column is also interesting.
