Jazz pianist Manami Morita's first album was self-produced and released in 2009, the year after she graduated from Berklee University.
An exhilarating piece that expresses the thrilling and progressive transition through the lively and youthful performance of a trio accompanied by an electric bass. The interpretation of "My Favorite Things," the only cover song on the album, is also original and interesting.
The drawing on the jacket was created by the artist himself.
