Glo-Worm – Glimmer (2025 reissue, Compilation, LP) [NEW]

A compilation of tracks from the three 7-inch EPs left behind by Glo-Worm, an indie pop/twee pop band from Washington, D.C. that was active for only about two and a half years in the 1990s.

With a minimalist setup of vocals, guitar, and snare drum, they purely express a melancholic, adolescent world that resonates with the works of Tracey Thorn and Sarah Records.
Also includes covers of The Cure's "Friday I'm In Love," Petula Clark's "Downtown," and Velocity Girl's "Crazy Town."

This compilation was originally released on CD by K records in 1996, but features all-new artwork for its 2025 vinyl reissue.
