A free paper in collaboration with Webdia that introduces artworks by people with disabilities engaged in artistic activities all over Japan and the culture surrounding them. The 14th issue has been completely revamped from a tabloid format to a B5 size booklet. The feature article "Games?" focuses on the world of games as a place where people with different characteristics and sensibilities can play together. It explores the possibility of overcoming the boundaries that have traditionally separated "disability" and "normality," and "self" and "other" through improvements in technology and a sense of play. Other publications include a reportage that follows the creative activities of three artists who work at facilities in Yamagata Prefecture, and a collection of various columns on welfare and art.
