Released in 1987, this is the eighth original album by Japanese Latin/fusion band Carioca.
Including the band's first vocal song A1 ``MARIA'' featuring female vocalist Sonia Rosa, they have developed an urban and sophisticated sound that incorporates Brazilian music.
Its pleasant, somewhat anonymous sound goes well with video content such as TV dramas and commercials, and the sound source from this album has been used as BGM many times so far.
Hajime Mizoguchi is participating in the cello/string arrangement.
