A 2023 work by Penguin Cafe, a British orchestral unit formed by his son Arthur Jeffes in 2007, inheriting the wishes of the late Simon Jeffes (Penguin Cafe Orchestra).
The title is a play on the old British proverb "fine before eleven" ("It's sunny by 11 o'clock" = "I'm sure things will go well"), and while it takes a sophisticated approach derived from minimal/electronic, it also has an optimistic feel. It perfectly represents the atmosphere of this work, which is filled with feelings.
The tricky elements at key points give it a spicy feel, but the organic sound using ukulele, quattro, melodica, etc. is pleasant to the ears, and brings to mind images of the fresh greenery of a summer grove or the cool shade of a tree.
