A collection of works by Belgian artist Jean-Michel Folon.
This book was published as a catalog for the exhibition "Jean-Michel Folon: Imaginary Travel Guide," which will tour around the country from July 2024.
This exhibition comprehensively traces Folon's career, which has seen him confront reality by depicting poetic fantasy worlds in a variety of fields, including drawing, watercolors, prints, photography, advertising posters, and objects, and touches on the messages he conveys.
This book features many of Folon's iconic works, including advertising posters for Olivetti, works featuring the Little Hat Man, and illustrations for the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
