This LP is a compilation of two 10-inch pieces released in the 1950s by American West Coast drummer Shelly Mann.
The A side is a trio with two horns, and the B side is a duo with a piano, and the sound sources from two sessions held in 1954 are picked up.
He uses an experimental approach to improvise, including standards such as "Autumn in New York" and "Everything Happens To Me."
