Since the publication of his photo book ``Early Color'' in 2006, Saul Leiter has been receiving a remarkable re-evaluation in recent years, including the release of the documentary film ``Photographer Saul Leiter: 13 Things I Discovered in a Life Without Rushing'' and the holding of a retrospective exhibition. In 2017, Miho Kakuta visited his New York studio and the surrounding streets where he spent 50 years and captured his works in two zines, ``Inside'' and ``Outside.''
This book, ``Inside,'' is a collection of photos taken inside Saulreiter's home studio. The exhibit provides a glimpse into the photographer's daily life, including cameras, film, drawings, and furniture that were left in the room.
