An art book published to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the release of Sofia Coppola's "The Virgin Suicides" (1999).
Through photographs of young actors, costumes, and sets, carefully selected by Sofia from the negative film shot by British fashion photographer Corinne Day at the time, the film touches on the worldview and aesthetic sense that form the basis of this masterpiece, which depicts the "longings and repressions of adolescence."
It also includes original text by the original authors Jeffrey Eugenides and Sofia Coppola.
