Notice of shipping fee revision and discontinuation of some delivery methods

Thank you for always using rovakk musikk.

We have decided to revise some of our shipping methods and fees starting with orders placed on Saturday, November 22, 2025.

To ensure safe delivery of your records and art books, we use thorough packaging techniques, using thick cardboard boxes and cushioning material.

However, due to the recent continuous rise in packaging material costs, it has become difficult to maintain the service at the price we previously set for "non-standard mail" (which only includes the actual shipping cost of Japan Post).

Therefore, we regret to inform you that we will be making the following changes.

1. Price revision for "Non-standard mail + specified delivery"

(Old) Non-standard mail + specific record: 870 yen
(New) Non-standard mail with specific tracking (including packaging materials): 970 yen

*For customers in the Tohoku, Kanto, Koshinetsu, Hokuriku, and Tokai areas, "Yu-Pack" (920 yen) is the safest and cheapest option.

2. Discontinuation of handling of "standard mail"

(Old) Standard mail: 110 yen
(New) Discontinued

*From now on, even orders for thin, lightweight items such as postcards will be shipped using the trackable "Yu-Packet" (390 yen).

Regarding the delivery of LP records, we continue to strongly recommend using "Yu-Pack," which offers insurance in case of an emergency and deliveries on weekends and holidays .
Also, as before, due to weight regulations, items such as double records and heavyweight records cannot be shipped via "non-standard mail." Thank you for your understanding.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause our customers, but we will continue to strive to deliver better products in the best possible condition.
We appreciate your understanding.
