【重要】転送サービスを利用したご注文について | Policy on the Use of Freight Forwarding Services

いつも当店をご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

不正注文および配送トラブル防止のため、当店では海外の転送サービスや第三者の荷物転送業者を介したご注文をお断りしております。

ご注文時に指定された配送先住所がこれら転送サービスに該当すると当店が判断した場合、ご注文を予告なくキャンセルさせていただきますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

万が一、お客様が上記規約に反して転送サービスを利用されたことが発送後に判明した場合、日本国内の指定住所（転送サービスの倉庫等）へ商品が到着した時点で、当店の配送責任は完了したものとみなします。

その後の海外への転送中に発生した商品の破損、紛失、遅延、または配送先国での関税や輸入規制に関するいかなるトラブルについても、当店は一切の責任を負いかねます。これらの事由による返品、交換、返金にも応じることはできませんので、十分にご注意ください。

Policy on the Use of Freight Forwarding Services

Thank you for shopping with us.

To ensure the safe delivery of our products and to prevent potential issues, we strictly prohibit placing orders through, or shipping to, any third-party freight or package forwarding services.

Please be aware that if a shipping address is determined by us to be a forwarding service, the order will be cancelled without prior notice.

In the event that it is discovered after shipment that an order has been placed using a forwarding service in violation of our policy, our responsibility for the shipment will be considered fulfilled upon delivery to the designated address within Japan (i.e., the forwarder's warehouse).

We will not be held liable or responsible for any issues that occur during the subsequent international shipping process. This includes, but is not limited to, product damage, loss, delays, or any problems related to customs duties and import regulations in the destination country. Furthermore, we will not accept returns, issue refunds, or provide exchanges for any of these reasons.
