``WAY OUT WEST'' is a jazz free paper from Kansai by graphic designer and illustrator TAKAO FUJIOKA.

The special feature of the October 2023 issue, following the May issue (no.170), is a collection of standards exploring sound sources from the past 10 years. This disc guide allows you to enjoy 10 well-known songs such as "Ugly Beauty," "A Night in Tunisia," "Just Friends," and "On Green Dolphin Street" in a modern atmosphere.
