Wanda Sarr is a Brazilian vocalist and guitarist who is also known for her work with Sergio Mendes & Brasil 65. Debut album released in 1964.
Backed by jazzy performances by up-and-coming bossa nova musicians of the time such as Roberto Menescal and Deodado, he sang songs by Edu Lobo, Vinicius de Moraes, and Marcos Valli in a husky voice with a hint of saudade. I'm showing it off.
