Fairground Attraction is a British band formed around composer/guitarist Mark Nevin and singer Eddi Reader. The debut album released in 1988 and the only original album.
The original songs, including the famous song "Perfect" (A2), which reached number 1 in the UK, already have the style of standard numbers, and the acoustic sound creation that incorporates roots music such as country, jazz, and Cajun makes it a cool piece of music. It reflects a pure and youthful sensibility that is contrary to its sexuality.
The unpretentious, friendly atmosphere of a busking band, which runs throughout the album, is also appealing.
